Where do you ship to?

We ship our products from our fashion house based in Rotterdam. At the moment we only ship to Europe, Asia and Africa. We're working on providing worldwide shipping.

How do I care for Afangaro garments?

All Afangaro garments are made of high quality fabrics in our very own atelier at our fashion house. Professional wash and dry clean is recommended for all Afangaro garments. If you have any specific questions regarding how to care for specific leather and fabrics, contact us via e-mail (contact@afangaro.com) or phone (+31 6 34 74 00 11).

Which size should I get?

You can get personal advise either online or in our atelier. For universal sizes you can also have a look at our Size Chart on each product page or here

The item is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

We're sorry that the item of your interest is out of stock. All garments are Limited Edition items. Get in touch with us to discuss the possibilities.

Can you give me more information about a specific item?

Of course! We are happy to tell you more about a specific product you are interested in. You can get in touch with us.

How can I return my Afangaro piece?

In the rare case you aren't happy with your Afangaro item, you can contact us via e-mail (contact@afangaro.com).

We do not offer a refund or exchange for customized items ordered via our Made-To-Fit and Made-To-Order Service.

Within how many days can I return my items?

You may return your Afangaro piece within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

What warranty coverage do I have on my Afangaro item?

Afangaro items are crafted to professional standards and are designed to ensure that we provide high quality garments that have excellent properties. The legal warranty applies to all items that you purchase from us. A legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. 

Do I need to create an Afangaro account to order something?
